Shipping information

Shipping processing: We will process your order within 24 hours of full payment or successful purchase on account. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed processed the following business day.

Shipping tracking: After your order has been handed over to the shipping partner, you will receive a link to your order to pursue. Unfortunately, we are not yet able to provide shipping tracking to customers from Switzerland.

Shipping center: We ship from our own modern shipping center in southern Germany. Sports mats are delivered directly by our shipping partners.

Cash on delivery: In the case of cash on delivery deliveries, we charge a surcharge of 4.90 euros + 2 euros DHL fee in addition to the normal shipping costs.

If the effective value of the goods is less than 60 € due to returns, we reserve the right to recalculate the shipping costs.

Express delivery

Fully paid orders with express shipping are delivered the next working day via DPD. The express order must reach us by 1 p.m. and be paid for in full. We recommend Paypal or Klarna buy it now.

Carrier handling

Carrier handling depends on the amount of products orderes. If you want to order several products by carrier, please contact us beforehand at service@khunpon.de. Forwarding delivery times usually take between 3 to 5 working days.
