Returns

  • You have 60 days to return your item. 
  • Please note that only new and unworn goods can be returned. Furthermore, the labels/hangcards must still be attached to the goods when the goods are returned. 
  • The goods may be worn briefly to test size and correct fit.
  • We do not offer an exchange of goods. If something doesn't fit, simply reorder the item you want.
  • The receipt of the return will be confirmed to you by email. 
  • The refund will be paid out using the original payment method. 
  • Our average return processing time is 7-10 days 
  • If the effective value of the goods is less than 60€ due to returns, we will calculate the shipping costs.
